KB TV commercial

Have been working on TV campaign for KB Bank. They call this serial “squeeze yourself” and is made for bank product called G2. Too keep stop motion animation effect in 3D we made animation in 12fps.

CEZ TV commercial

Ive had the pleasure working on CEZ TV commercial in UPP as an animator. It was long and hard work, but Im very pleased with a result. All lamps, pole voltage and most of the objects in sets was done in 3D.

Another speed test with sculpting in Zbrush. Because Zbrush doesnt support any reference images in the background ( so far I know ) I made the base mesh in XSI first. It took me about 10 minutes. Then I added details in Zbrush. Its still rough model, but all took about 2 hours of work which is good for sufficient looking 3D concept.

It takes a while, but I get my hands into Zbrush finally. This came from simple sphere and so far Im pretty happy with the result. This is my first try. I hadnt have any concept made before I started this. It also shown big potential of Zbrush as 3D sketching tool.

I had quiet frustrating time not to get results I wish with classic modelling tools. The problem was mostly with workflow and topology problems. Many times my 2D sketches didnt work so well in 3D and changing them in classic way was quiet pain. I feel unlimited with Zbrush right now. I feel comfortable with the tool like when Im drawing my concepts. I dont need to care about polyflow as I will adjust it ( retopology ) when Im done with sculpting. That sounds good to me .)

- Redone facial controls ( eyelids also react on eye rotation automatically )

New Kitten in the house

From Friday we got new company, and our older tomcat named Bruce, too. We call him Xavi – read “chavi”, it’s 8 weeks old blue British Colorpoint tomcat. He is born in Leon sign and he show what does it mean be a lion. He already got everyone and everything under control, but you are not against when he spend hours on you sleeping with his characteristic purring sound.
